The Match 21 of Dream11 IPL was held between CSK and KKR. Both the teams had won only 2 of their first 5 matches in this edition. So, this was a must win for both of them. KKR won the toss and chose to bat first. In came Shubman Gill and Rahul Tripathi as KKR's opening pair. Gill was caught behind by Dhoni scoring just 11 runs. Except Tripathi, KKR's batsmen were unable to score big. Tripathi being a lone warrior in their team scored 81 runs of 51 balls. CSK had to chase 168, Watson and Faf were their opening duo.

Faf(17) failed to replicate his consistency. Rayudu was pretty good and had good partnership with Watson. CSK were 90/1 in their half way mark. But due to the fall of wickets in a quick succession and the inconsistency in their middle order, they failed to chase the given target. CSK were at 157/10 in the end. KKR had won the match by 10 runs with some good bowling performance. Except Cummins, all the other bowlers took a wicket.

Yes Dhoni was rusty with the bat, yes Kedhar failed to finish, yes CSK should have won easily

considering first their 10 overs in the chase, but it happens. We have all have been here at some point in our life. We have full rights to comment on their game, their mistakes.
